You will learn where your personal boundaries begin and end in order to be effective as a person who means what you say and says what you mean. The horse is a master at reflecting back to you in non verbal ways what your body language is conveying. This means you will have no chance but to get it right unless you desire to be steamrolled by 1200 pounds of solid muscle.

We learn by doing, and – by facing our fears head on to overcome that mindset that has kept us from realizing our true potential. Working (and playing) with horses in the here and now will bring you closer to knowing yourself better, while remaining present and open to trusting the process and the journey.
