Do not go
where the path may lead
go instead
where there is no path
and leave a trail.
– Ralph Waldo Emerson
We are here to serve you.
Combining our skills and experience in psychology, horse behavior and business acumen we launched this program to deliver a highly effective way for leaders to identify and hone their craft. With a growing awareness of the impact entrepreneurs and corporations exert on local and global economics we realized that leaders need answers NOW to be at the top of their game. Rather than sitting through hours of lectures or reading boring manuscripts on how to lead, utilizing horses in training and development offers a far more powerful and lasting change for leaders in high stakes of negotiation and decision making.
teamwork
is
everything!

Meet the Herd

Misty
The Matriarch of the Herd, a 22 year old Quarterhorse, she’s super confident, a leader and she knows it! Don’t mess with Mama, but she’s also the one to hang back and chill munching grass to keep the rest of the herd calm.

Pearl
Pony in a pocket.
Pearl is our little Welsh girl who steals all the hearts of everyone she meets! Despite her pint size she’s got a tough personality and can hold her own in the pasture with all the big horses.

Passion
Sensitive, smart, curious and she knows what she wants! Passion is a 14 year old retired Arabian race horse. Happy to hang out in the pasture but is a mare with plenty of energy who loves to go on trail rides. She’s the first to greet you at the gate looking for lovin’ and a few carrots!

Cactus
With racing quarterhorse legend DAsh for Cash in his bloodlines, this guy is a sight to see when he bolts around the pasture. He knows his place with the mares, and is more than happy to let them take charge so he can hang back enjoying life and interacting with his people.

Tuppence
You can’t help but be drawn into these eyes. She embodies the wise woman archetype. Mama to some lovely babies, she’s attentive and caring. Looking for hugs? Tuppence is your go to girl. She’s ALWAYS ready for some cuddle time. Spend some time with her and she’s the one that will get you in tune with yourself!

Finnegan
Found running the streets in California’s central valley, Finny never imagined he’d end up as a ranch dog. But don’t let his size fool you he’s just as skilled guarding the place as he is to greet everyone with wags and kisses. Did someone mention kisses? Can’t get enough loving and attention.
